This week's episode: Eric Washington
Eric Washington joined the Bills in January as the team's defensive line coach after spending the last nine seasons with the Carolina Panthers. He takes over a deep unit with big expectations for 2020.
"We understand, philosophically, the responsibility of being a defense that wants to be able to generate pressure with just four guys," Washington says. "… We're going to do everything we can to make that philosophy a reality."
Washington joins Maddy to discuss the personalities he's gotten to know on the Bills' defensive line as well as his journey to Buffalo and how it shaped his coaching philosophies. Kim and Maddy also discuss their favorite cities (Buffalo makes both lists) and look ahead to the upcoming season.
