During Greg Billings’ concert last Thursday in their lobby, Ruth Eckerd Hall announced that Southern rockers 38 Special would perform on their main stage on July 25, with the Greg Billings Band opening. Ticket info has not yet been released.
The Bilheimer Capitol Theatre in Clearwater has announced two new concerts for the coming months: Jake Shimabukuro on Oct. 3 (click here) and Judy Collins on Jan. 29 (click here).
David Clayton-Thomas, the voice of Blood, Sweat and Tears, will perform at the Mahaffey Theater on Jan. 22. Tickets are $35 and up. Click here.

The Improv in Ybor City has announced it will reopen this weekend with shows by John Heffron from Thursday through Saturday, and Lavell Crawford from June 25-28. The venue will sell seats in socially distanced tables of two or four. Click here and here.
