Sydney Sweeney does not mess around when it comes to her MMA training sessions and the 24-year-old Euphoria star proved it in her latest Instagram post. She shared a 20-second clip of herself doing an intense workout with a trainer while wearing a black tank and black leggings. And her punches pack serious power.

And all her followers are loving it. Actress Bella Thorne commented, "πŸ”₯πŸ”₯", and fellow Euphoria costar Maude Apatow wrote, "Holy sh*t." Sydney has been doing mixed martial arts training since she was 14, according to a 2018 interview with Marie Claire. She also told Porter, "I was the only girl at this dojo, and I wanted to fuck with all the guys’ [minds]. So, I got all-pink everything–wraps, gloves, mouthguard, everything–because when you walk into the ring as a girl wearing pink, the guys are like ‘whatever.’ But then, when you can kick their ass, it’s the greatest feeling ever.”

And during a visit to The Kelly Clarkson show last year, she shared that her parents encouraged her to try it. "My mom and my dad would tell me to try and fall in love with as many things as possible,” she said. “[I was] like very into it.” However, she also shared that because of her acting career, she isn't able to do it as much (i.e. to avoid injury and overall preservation.) “Unfortunately, you sign a little piece of paper that says you’re not to do X, Y, and Z and I am all of X, Y, and Z,” she shared.

When she's not able to get in an MMA workout, she likes to stay active outdoors and tries to get in some steps whenever she can. "I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day. We’ll do a two-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can," she previously told Bustle. "If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run. If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a Dogpound one."

As for her diet, Sydney shared with Bustle exactly what she eats for breakfast. "It changes, but I like to start the day with berries. Right now, I’m really into this croissant toast that I eat with cinnamon sugar and honey butter." And she only drinks water, adding she has "never even tried coffee. I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing."

And she has a total sweet tooth. In an IG post from 2019, she shared, "ice cream is the way to my ❤️ (& cookies)."

And she also told Bustle, "Don't get me wrong—I eat sugar, so it balances out. Instead of coffee, I'll have some Swedish Fish or anything gummy if I'm tired. I’ve had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water."
