"I like to do interval training, and I'm super grateful that I can do those workouts in my gym at home. I try to get to it every day, but sometimes it's more like three to four times a week. It's been a bit challenging to carve out the time with the family at home," she told Shape. On the Mediterranean diet, "you will eat mostly plant-based foods like fruits and vegetables, potatoes, whole-grains, beans, nuts, seeds and extra virgin olive oil. Meals are planned around these foods. The diet also includes moderate amounts of lean poultry, fish, seafood, dairy and eggs. You should avoid fried foods, sweets, red meats and white flour products," says the Cleveland Clinic.
