Cold-pressed juice and smoothie company Pure Green has opened its first New Jersey location.
Pure Green’s first Garden State spot opened Oct. 23 at Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville. It is located at 3371 Route 1.
The wellness-based juice bar franchise offers superfood smoothies, cold pressed juices, wellness shots, acai bowls, oatmeal bowls, superfood toasts and juice cleanses.
The New Jersey store is part of the company’s plan to open 30 spots nationwide by the end of the year.
“This is all happening at a time when consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of their health due to the ongoing pandemic,” Pure Green founder and CEO Ross Franklin said. “We look forward to bringing our immunity boosting menu options, packed with real, whole ingredients, to the Princeton area.”
The store’s signature items include the coconut chia acai bowl, pure berry smoothie and Wake Up Call cold-pressed juice (a drink featuring apple, lemon, ginger and cayenne).
“We look forward to delivering the brand’s nutritious product mix to our friends, family and members of the community,” Theresa Centofante, co-owner of the Lawrenceville location, said.
Pure Green, which was founded in 2014 in New York, currently has 19 stores throughout the United States.
