Former Slipknot vocalist Anders Colsefni and former Mushroomhead vocalist Waylon Reavis are making comebacks this October in Australia and New Zealand. Colsefni will be performing Slipknot's 1996 album Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. while Reavis will be playing a handful of classics from Mushroomhead and his other band, A Killer's Confession.
For those of you confused, Colsefni wasn't a founding member of Slipknot, but was part of their original lineup in 1995. Colsefni sang on 1996's Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. and ultimately left the band in 1997. If you've never heard Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat., give it a spin – it's hardly in the same universe as anything else Slipknot ever did.
Get the dates below and please, someone film this. Colsefni hasn't done Slipknot material stuff in decades and this is a real, real deep dive.
