Their original krupnik starts as vodka which is mashed, fermented, and distilled on-site from a mash of 100% WNY corn. Then they add 100% raw WNY honey and real citrus fruit and crushed spices.

Twice a year, they fill two lucky single barrel bourbon barrels with this lovely elixir and rest it for several years. The flavors mellow over time to create a whole new tasting experience.

This year’s small batch has notes of vanilla, nougat, and sponge cake making this edition decidedly different. There really isn’t anything else like it on the market.

Mini Krupfest 2021

Saturday, March 27 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Buffalo Distilling

Dyngus Day is typically one of the busiest days of the year for this tasting room. This year’s reimagined celebration may be smaller, but it still includes all the essentials. You can expect polka music, Polish food and Krupnik, of course. You need a ticket to attend which you can purchase online.
